Returns Policy

We accept returned items that are new, unused and unopened within 30 days of delivery for a FULL refund. Non-defective merchandise that is returned to us will have a charge of 20% for a restocking fee (the shipping cost is not refundable for non-defective merchandise). Late Returns Merchandise that is not returned within 30 days of your original shipment date will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to you.

Defective Merchandise

In case you receive defective merchandise either because of workmanship or faulty material, we will take the liberty to repair or replace your item with a new one at NO additional cost. Be sure to contact us here prior to returning the defective item so that we can get details of the problem and give you advice on how to sort out the problem. If we are at fault, the original shipping cost will be reimbursed to you.

Processing Time

You can expect to receive your replacement, repaired item or refund within 4 weeks of initiating process. However, in most cases, you will receive it much faster than the outlined timeline. This processing time includes:

the transit time to receive your return (6 to 11 working days)
the time to process the merchandise after receiving your returned item (2 to 4 working days)
the time refund request to be processed by your bank (5 to 10 business days)
a repaired / new item to be reshipped to you (9 to 17 working days)
